Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ enquiries and order taking.
Administer pricing updates and assist in account receivable
Coordinate and provide sales support to the sales team
Ensure customers’ orders are processed and fulfilled promptly
Assist in handling customers’ issues and achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times
Cross sell and up sell whenever possible
Work closely with internal departments to achieve Company’s objectives
Give recommendations and suggestion on area of improvement through conducting of customer surveys and other means
Assist Customer Service Supervisor in implementing work processes and procedures to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum O level with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess strong customer service mindset and telephone communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Willingness to work as necessary to complete task assigned
Creativity and resourcefulness in handling difficult situations
