Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to agents / customer's enquiry / booking
  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly reports; space control
  • Prepare statistics / schedule
  • Correspond with overseas offices / HQ for all related matters
  • Process applications through inhouse / port system.

 

Requirements

  • 'O' level or Diploma
  • Team player
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Conversant in English and Mandarin
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of shipping experience
