  • Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
  • Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
  • Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
  • Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
  • Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

Requirements

  • Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin(in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Love to interact with customers
  • Effective team player
  • Positive working attitude
  • Willing to work 6 days including weekends and PH
  • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
