Customer Service Officer (Frontline)
Responsibilities
- Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges.
- Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
- Rover – covering backend support task and to help at the Frontline Offices when required.
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Customer service mindset
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
Job Details:
- Salary: $1200 - $1600
- 2 years contract, renewable
- Location: Islandwide in Translink Office
- Shift work, including weekends and public holiday
- Transport allowance = $100
- AWS provided
- Variable Bonus provided
