Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Frontline)

 

Responsibilities

  • Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges.
  • Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
  • Rover – covering backend support task and to help at the Frontline Offices when required.
  • Ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Customer service mindset
  • Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

 

Job Details:

  • Salary: $1200 - $1600
  • 2 years contract, renewable
  • Location: Islandwide in Translink Office
  • Shift work, including weekends and public holiday
  • Transport allowance = $100
  • AWS provided
  • Variable Bonus provided
