Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
- Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fees collection
- Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
- Manage of overall duty rosters of teaching staff and student scheduling
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
- Assist in statistical compilations – payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
- Achieve stated outcomes in customer service, financial targets, operational processes and staff development
- This role requires a constant focus on a high quality customer experience
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
- Applicants must be willing to work "retail hours" ( nights and both weekends )
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self driven and resourceful
Work Location : Marine Parade Central
Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for Senior Position.
