Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for marketing and leasing of commercial and residential properties including prospecting and securing of tenants to optimize occupancy of the properties.
• Negotiate and execute new leases and follow-up on renewal lease.
• Develop long term tenant-landlord relationships and provide a high level of service to customers to achieve repeated business

 

Period:                                                                                

• 3 months

 

Location:

• Raffles Place

 

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri:  9am to 6pm

 

Salary

• Up to $3,000/month

 

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Drive to succeed and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
