We're looking for a positive, energetic and passionate HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced Human Resources team. With a strong emphasis on positive work ethic, the successful candidate will possess a welcoming and approachable manner, the ability to build and nurture relationships. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment - writing and posting job ads, phone screening, interviewing, reference checks
  • Generation of Employment Agreements
  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of HR initiatives and projects
  • Conducting interviews
  • Facilitating the induction process of new employees
  • Provide advice and support on all things Human Resources

 

 

Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills
  • A passion for developing a positive workplace
  • A team player who possesses demonstrated initiative and takes accountability for people’s issues
  • Reliable
  • Adaptability with a “can-do” attitude
  • Sales experience desirable
  • Able to work independently
  • Recent Graduate with minimum diploma
