Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Type correspondence, memorandum, reports and forms for Director of Sales & Marketing, sales executives/managers and assist in maintaining filing system.
- Maintain & update address file containing information about Clients, Airlines, Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and other pertinent date for Sales.
- Answer & place phone calls for Sales personnel & refer incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- See to the proper handling, use & maintenance of office equipment & supplies.
- Administrative duties & others.
Requirements
* Relevant working experience in related filed is required
* pleasant and confident with good interpersonal and communication skills
