Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable
  • Handle vendor master data management
  • Matching and checking of vendor’s invoices, DO, PO
  • Handle payment to suppliers via various modes
  • Ensure all invoices are supported with appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting and coding of invoices.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable Ledgers using Navision system
  • Process expenses claims and reimbursement
  • Undertake day to day and month-end accounting and reporting functions
  • Manage payment posting process including verifying error and performing resolution
  • Prepare monthly supplier & staff claim payment
  • Submit payment proposal for verification to the Team Lead and generate final payment proposal
  • Maintain Petty cash, reimbursements and preparation of payment vouchers
  • Liaise with vendors and resolve on invoices/payment/statement of accounts discrepancies
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile suppliers’ statements and balances
  • Perform month-end closing activities
  • Maintain fixed asset register/depreciation/write off/disposal and physical check
  • Provide assistance in audit

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Professional Certifications in Accounting
  • Min 3 to 5 years or accounting related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Navisions a plus.
  • Teamplayer with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to multi-task and work well with timelines and pressure
  • Available immediately or within short notice
  • Able to work in Henderson area
