Up to $2,800 (Basic) per month + AWS + Airport Allowance ($200-700 per month) + OT (2x)

Working hours:

8 - 12 hours rostered shift (including overnight shifts; additional shift allowances apply)

• Option A: 12-hours shift, 9am-9pm/ 9pm-9am, 4-days work include weekends, 2 days off rotation (Additional 3 days off per month) OR
• Option B: 8-hours shift, 9am-6pm / 12pm to 9pm / 12am to 9am, 5-days work include weekends, 2 off days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle foreign exchange transactions for the customers at the Airport
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow the sales process in order to maximize sales
• Adhering to operational and compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels or above
• Fluent in English
• Preferable with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field (open to candidates without experience as well)
• Possess customer service, or cash handling, or currency exchange experiences
