About Company:
Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.

Job Description:
- To support the operations of the retail store
- Deliver consistent and excellent customer service at all times
- Responsible for all sales activities
- Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- Having retail sales experience is preferred
- Able to work overtime when required
- Able to work on Public Holidays
- Understand basic English and able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers.
- Hardworking, time management, good personality

Compensation:
- Working location: Tampines Mall
- Working hours: 9:30am - 9:00pm
- Fixed allowance $220/month
- Other variable allowance
- AWS and Variable Bonus
