• Developing and collaboratively implementing business strategies for financial growth and customer satisfaction
• Managing a small team of executives to ensure the smooth implementation of business contracts with organisation and individual clients
• Promoting the practice’s services and programmes with existing and potential clients
• Ensuring clarity in the development of business contracts
• Working closely with the Clinical Team in programme and service development and implementation
• Establishing and maintaining service standards for all programmes and services
• Perform any other duties necessary to promote the services of the organisation

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in PBusiness Administration, Entrepreneurship,
  Marketing, International Business, Organisational Leadership, Public Relations or Business Management. Preference will be given to those with a Masters degree in the indicated fields
• Minimum five years of experience as a business development manager, sales
  executive, or any roles related to organisational/business development and management.
• Excellent in rapport building and establishing business-to-business connection and support
• Exceptional written and oral skills in communications and negotiations
• Highly competent in project management and service deliverables
• Competent use of various software such as the Microsoft and Google suite, and at
  least 2 different virtual meeting applications
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Individuals who are
  multilingual are also preferred.
• A strong team player with people management skills and influence.
