Responsibilities:

• Involve in either Frontend/Backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement.
• Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement.
• Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage.
• Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team.
• Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand Media Disk correlation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering
• Fresh Graduate or Engineer with 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities/Materials science and nanotribology knowledge is advantageous.
• Process improvement skills, Minitab, Microsoft excel. 
• Familiar with cleanroom environment.
