Temp Clinic Assistant

Salary: $10/ hr
Working Hours: 830am – 130pm / 630pm – 930pm
Tues/ Thurs/ Sat half day
Mon/ Wed/ Fri/ Sun full day
– schedule to be further discussed, wont need to work everyday

Job Scope:
• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

2. East Coast Clinic (Imm - 3 months, extendable)
 Temp TCM Clinic Assistant

Salary: $10/ hr
3 days/week: Sat, Sun & Mon
Working Hours: 10am - 7:30pm (8.5 hours) with 1-hour break

Responsibilities:
 Assist with patient check-in/check-out using clinic system
 Serve beverages, clean cups, and maintain suction cups
 Dispense herbal medicine
 Manage patient documentation on a laptop
 Register new patients and tidy rooms post-visit
