Family Clinic - Temp Clinic Assistant (Part time)
Location: Bishan
Salary: $10/ hr

Working Hours:
Tues, Thur, Sat: Half day
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun: Full day
830am – 130pm / 630pm – 930pm

*schedule to be further discussed with Doctor, wont need to work everyday

Duration: Till End June (Extendable)

Job Scope:
• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
