JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft job advertisements, job postings on various channels
- Pre-screen, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements
- Conduct interview and access job role suitability
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Administering of contracts
- Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
- Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
- Resumes’ database management
- Clients’ management including business development, account servicing and clients’ relationship building
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Positive, with good initiative
- IT savvy
