❉Location: Ang Mo Kio,
❉Duration: 1 Year Contract
❉Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours
❉Salary: Up to $2400 but allowance
Job scope:
✨ Actively listen to customers to identify their needs
✨ Stay updated on policies and procedures
✨ Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
✨ Recognize and respond to crisis calls with compassion and effectiveness
✨ Interpersonal skills and ability to patiently listen and identify customer needs
Requirements:
✨ Mus be fully vaccinated with COVID booster
✨ Comfortable handling high call volumes and high stress level environment
✨ Comfortable in call centre environment
✨ Call Centre experience would be advantageous
