Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance duties

• To perform full set month end and annual closing for corporate entities according to timeline
• To handle management fee billings and intercompany recharges
• To process vendor invoices and ensure payment on a timely basis
• To manage expense claims in travel module as well as corporate card stakeholders
• To liaise with tax agents on VAT/Tax Filing and handle annual account filing
• To assist manager in handling group statutory audit including MSI certification
• To assist manager in annual budget exercise and monthly forecasts

System and Process

• To focus on enhancing the current processes and improving efficiency
• To manage and improve the reports submitted to stakeholders, manage their expectations and proactively trouble-shoot any issues plaguing the system.
• To be driven with enthusiasm with finding technology solutions, assist Manager and Head of Department in implementing the finance part of new enterprise-wide IT applications and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent disciplines, preferably with 3 years' experience.
• Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of and/or skill in using Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage.
• Experience in Eye-share invoices and travel module is a plus.
• Meticulous & meet tight deadlines with time management and work priorities.
• Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicant should be Singaporean.
